March & April 2026 Catch Returns

I'm sorry for the delay in posting this Blog, we are only just back from a holiday in Cornwall.

The first return received was for 31 March and all other returns included in these charts are for April.

Once again many thanks to all who completed returns for the month, it's a bit early to assess trends but given the weather we have had it's encouraging that so many fish fell to the dry fly. The largest fish was a rainbow caught on Whitebeck Down and I have no doubt at over 5lb put up quite a fight.
